Property Description
Lovely, beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a screened porch overlooking the beautiful sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico!! Situated in a small complex with lush landscaping, heated pool and covered parking.
Sunset Beach 101 offers newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen with new tile throughout the entire unit. Sparkling clean with amazing Gulf and beach views. Private patio. Heated swimming pool. Elevator. Quiet and tastefully decorated.
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen size bed guest room. There are tons of shops and restaurants close by as well as a free trolley the runs the entire length of the island. Trolley stop is very close by.
A message from the City of Holmes Beach: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property."

Este año 2023 pasamos 2 semanas de Vacaciones del 13 al 27 de Agosto en la Isla de Anna Maria especificamente en Sunset Beach apt. 101. Anhelabamos regresar pues el 2022 fue espectacular y este año fue aun mejor pues pudimos disfrutar mas de la Isla y sus facilidades par vacacionar. La unidad 101 perfectamente equipada para descansar y con una infraestructura perfecta si deseas, hacer tus desayunos y unA vez que otra alguna comida. Todo es perfecto, pero ka maravilla del mar, una playa limpia, aguas claras, arena fina y limpia es un gran regalo de la naturaleza.
Hicimos cada dÃa fotos de la puesta de Sol, que son impresionantes en esta parte del Golfo.
Recomendamos esta instalacion que sin lugar a dudas es inigualable para pasarlo en familia con todas las comodidades.
Gracias a todos los trabajadores de mantenimiento por mantener todo en perfecto orden y limpieza. Si Dios nos lo permite volveremos el próximo año. Gracias a su dueña la Sra. YAMILE por todas sus atenciones

Anna Maria es una Isla muy bella y pintoresca, tiene muchas facilidades para
pasarlo exelente, sus Restaurantes con gran variedad de menús y precios. Puedes ver la puesta de Sol mas bella , parecen pinturas desde muchos puntos de la Is
la y desde nuestro condominio Sunset Beach algo espectacular.
Recomiendo visitsr esta bella Isla y nuestro alojamiento de 5 estrellas con todas las comodidades que necesites para unas vacaciones de familia.
Muchas gracias a su encantadora dueña por todas sus atenciones y tambien a todas las personas que trabajan en el mantenimiento del lugar.

On July of this year we rented at Sunset Beach Unit 101 for a week. The unit was perfect for our family of four. Beautifully remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The screened balcony was one of my favorite spots to have a drink while enjoying the amazing sunsets over the ocean. The swimming pool was super clean and refreshing after a long day in the ocean. The property parking is covered keeping the your car nice and cool. The beach is located a pleasant short walk from the pool area. Publix, Walgreens and many other shops/ restaurants are located conveniently closed to the Condo.
We are extremely grateful for such a perfect vacation and Unit 101 was a great part of the experience. We will definitely be renting this unit again!!

We spent an amazing week in this condo. Has a beautiful view of the ocean that allows you to see the marvelous sunsets. The beach is one of a kind. Beautiful clear water and pearl white sand. The Island is calm with plenty of great restaurants with great service to enjoy.

My family and I have visited Anna Maria Island for over 30 years. Sunset Beach (formerly known as Gulf Cabins), Unit 101 has been our home away from home. The unit was completely remodeled and beautifully decorated just a few years ago. The breathtaking views from the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room, every morning, make it the perfect island getaway! The condo is clean, peaceful, and nicely situated steps away from the ocean and a variety of Island activities. We have enjoyed creating beautiful memories over the years. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented Sunset Beach #101 April 20-27. The moment we walked in we were thrilled. The unit was shiny and clean and very nicely decorated and we knew we’d enjoy a week of sunsets from the screened-in balcony. It was very nicely appointed with the basics and we did not have to run out to the grocery store for them. The kitchen had just about any appliance/gadget you would need. There was hardly ever anyone at the pool so we had it to ourselves. The unit had nice, fluffy beach towels. The washer/dryer was convenient and we used them often. Covered parking was nice with an elevator to the floor of our unit (especially useful when arriving and departing with all our stuff). There are so many bars and restaurants close by and the Monkey Bus was a great option to get there (we did often)! If not driving, an Uber to St. Armand’s Circle was a good option (about $30 one way).
Just a few notes that other renters will want to know: The unit advertised 2 Queen beds, but it was 1 King and 1 Queen. The bathroom shower light did not work in the bathroom that was connected to the Queen bedroom. We could have called to have it fixed but it wasn’t a terrible inconvenience. The bathroom connected to the bedroom with the King bed was odd in that it had no door closing it off from the bedroom. It was angled in a way that there was a little privacy, but not enough in some instances! The way the condo was advertised did not disclose that there was not a door on the bathroom.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting here again! You can’t beat the location and the proximity to the beach, and we loved the modern feel of the condo!
