This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is in the heart of Anna Maria Island. It is located 300 feet to the beach in a residential neighborhood, west of Gulf Drive, which is the beach side of the main road. Decorated with simplicity, yet fully equipped this ground level villa is conveniently located in the center of Holmes Beach just a few blocks north of the Manatee Pubic Beach which offers life guards, showers, sun lounger rentals and a full service cafe with live music in the evenings. Bedding includes: 1 king size bed, 2 twin size beds and a queen size futon. A message from the City of Holmes Beach: "You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
